My ministry journey began in my youth when I served as a leader in the Nigerian Fellowship of Evangelical Students (NIFES) and later as president of the Joint Campus Christian Fellowship (JCCF). These roles prepared me for my current role as a pastor with Insight Bible Church. I am passionate about utilising my knowledge, skill and experience to help people grow and become more effective at what they do. This is why I created the Church Management Summit—a conference that empowers ministry leaders to set up effective church structures. I have seen how this helped bring ease to the pastors as they structured their ministries to run more effectively. Whether as a teacher, prophet, or leader, I find joy in impacting lives and helping people thrive.

Over the years, I've learned to think outside the box, uncovering creative solutions to problems others might overlook. This skill and my vast understanding of the corporate world helped me grow into a C-suite executive and serve on diverse boards. Now, I use my knowledge and experience to mentor entrepreneurs and executive assistants. Why these two groups? Because I understand the challenges they face. As entrepreneurs grow their businesses, they find themselves juggling too many tasks and feeling overwhelmed by the business demands. I know what this feels like and have helped many put the structures that got them through this phase in place. On the other hand, executive assistants may work extremely hard but still need help to meet the performance indicators of their roles, and the bosses who respected them before suddenly think less of them due to perceived non-productivity.

I am an innovative leader with over two decades of corporate experience across industries like fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), insurance, management consulting, leadership development, and non-profits. My work in these diverse areas has shaped me into the strategist, coach, and leader I am today.

I am passionate about working with entrepreneurs and C-Suite executive assistants and am often the go-to person when it comes to setting up solid organizational structures and sustainable systems—something I have consistently demonstrated throughout my career.

I consider myself a gifted communicator, with the ability to make complex ideas easy to understand. Through my platform, Business Sense, I share practical business tips in simple, relatable ways. My clear and pragmatic approach has helped me become a trusted advisor for leaders and teams seeking clarity, whether it’s explaining strategic operations or financial planning.

I am not your typical problem solver. I bring fresh, unconventional perspectives to the table, uncovering solutions that others may miss. While I am based in Australia, I work with clients worldwide, delivering insights that drive success.
